Designed to offer player's additional opportunities to improve their soccer skills beyond regular team practices and games. These programs are intended to elevate the player's abilities, soccer knowledge, and proficiency in specific aspects of the game, enabling them to excel in their soccer pathway.

These programs are customized to address current soccer trends, advanced techniques, or specialized skills, ensuring that participants remain competitive and adaptable in the ever-evolving world of soccer.

Performance Training

With Director of Sports Performance, Mario Suarez

Group Training ( 2 Players) - 60 Minutes  A la carte

1 on 1 Training - 30 or 60 Minutes  1 / 10 / 20 Pack Options


Learning, developing and enhancing areas of athletic motor skill competencies, which consist of:

  • Emphasizing neural development 
  • Teaching work ethic, confidence, and character development  
  • Building work capacity: endurance and conditioning
  • Jumping, Landing, Rebounding mechanics 
  • Multidirectional Speed, Cutting, Agility 
  • Acceleration, Deceleration
  • Upper body, lower body, and trunk (core) strength 
  • Balance and Coordination in 3 planes of motion


Location: TOCA - Columbus; Track and weight area

Group Soccer Training

Soccer Group Training (1-4 Players) - 60 Minutes A la Carte


 Learning, developing and enhancing areas of soccer technical and tactical ability, which consist of:

  • Technical Area
  • 1st touch
  • 1v1 components (attacking, defending, dribbling, shooting)
  • Speed of play
  • Distribution
  • Game Knowledge
  • Spatial Awareness, Positions, and Responsibilities  
  • Tactical Knowledge
  • Risk Assessment
  •  Work ethic and attitude


Location: TOCA - Columbus; Zones SK, A, B,C,D

U8-U10 Speed & Strength Training Clinic

With Director of Sports Performance, Mario Suarez

These sessions focus on improving the total youth athlete, which includes activities focused on speed and agility development, body awareness and control, and relative and core strength  


Time is spent on learning and developing motor skills and foundational movement patterns such as jumping, landing, sprinting, change of direction to be efficient in their movements and achieve higher level of skill acquisition on the court, field, pitch, etc.


Days: Mondays or Thursday

Date: September 1st - December 19th

Time: 6:00-7:00 PM

Location: TOCA Soccer-Center Columbus

Cost: $400.00


REGISTER

U11-U14 Speed & Strength Training Clinic

With Director of Sports Performance, Mario Suarez

These sessions focus on different aspects of speed, agility, full body power, and core strength to build more explosiveness and develop young athletes.


Focus on general to functional strength for sport and developing proper running and jumping patterns with a progressive development model, helping athletes excel in the sport of their choosing.


Will have testing measurements calculated and shared in strength and speed at the beginning, middle, and end of program


Days: Mondays or Thursday

Date: September 1st - December 19th

Time: 5:00-6:00 PM or 7:00-8:00 PM

Location: TOCA Soccer-Center Columbus

Cost: $400.00
