• 27+ years as a collegiate Head Coach, with 21+ of those coming as a Head Coach at the D1 level
• Have been a Head Coach at the D1, D3 and NAIA level.
• 4x D1 Conference Coach of the Year
• Ohio Collegiate Coaches Association D1 "Coach of the Year"
• Recruited and coached numerous college players that went on to play professionally, both domestically and internationally. Recruited and coached college players who have gone on and represented their National Teams, including two players who represented their countries in the Women's World Cup
• 25+ years as a club HS Head Coach
• Previous experience as Director of Player Development and Director of HS program at various clubs
• US Youth girls National Competitive Coach of the Year Finalist (one of four in the country)
• Have coached HS club players that have gone on and played at every collegiate level in the country
• Have been the Head Coach on numerous US Youth State Cup championship teams.
